Manual Redfin workflow: This site does not scrape Redfin. Open Redfin in a new tab, use its own filters for Sold and Last 12 months, compare homes near the subject property, and manually copy the address, sale date, price, square footage, beds, baths, distance, and notes into this worksheet.
Sales-data accuracy: Redfin can be a helpful reference, but verify every comp through MLS/agent-provided data, closing documents, BCAD records, or another reliable source before relying on it in a protest.
